Agreement upon Placing an Order

When you purchase a product, you agree to be legally bound by our terms and conditions.

To place an order on www.violetverses.com, you must be at least 18 years old, ensure the accuracy of the provided details, confirm that you are the authorized user of the credit or debit card, and have sufficient funds to cover the item's cost. Violet Verses reserves the right to deny or cancel any purchase request. If we deny a purchase, you will be notified via the email address you provided during the order placement.

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided upon completing your purchase.

A contract between you and us for your purchase is created when your order leaves our warehouse. Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable between the time of your order and its shipment, we reserve the right to cancel your purchase and will issue a refund accordingly.

If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via the email address provided in your order. If payment has already been made, we will refund the full amount using the original payment method.

 

Pricing & Payment

Each item is listed with the price, including taxes. In the shopping cart, you can view the total price, including taxes, VAT, shipping, and payment. Payment terms are specified in your shopping cart, depending on the chosen payment method. Shipping terms are also specified in your shopping cart, depending on the chosen shipping method. VAT, customs, and taxes may be added when purchasing from a country outside the European Union (excluding Norway). Violet Verses is responsible for VAT, customs, and taxes on shipments to Norway, so Norwegian customers do not need to cover these costs.

Violet Verses reserves the right to change and update information, including prices, details, and website content, without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.

We use Klarna as our checkout provider. This means that your personal data may be transferred to Klarna in the form of contact and order details when the checkout is loaded, allowing Klarna to manage your purchase. The processing of your personal data transferred to Klarna is done in accordance with Klarna's privacy notice.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time and cost are indicated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. If a product has a different delivery time, it is specified in the product details. We are not responsible for costs such as customs and VAT that may arise when sending products or receiving returns.

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete address information in your order, as changes cannot be guaranteed after your purchase is completed. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the order name matches the name on the delivery address. The customer is also responsible for any delivery errors caused by insufficient information or incorrect delivery address.

Our transporters do not make deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

 

Unclaimed Packages

For all unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge the cost of shipping and a handling fee, which is currently 200 SEK (Swedish krona).

 

Returns & Exchanges

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping at www.violetverses.com. Returns are at your expense unless the item is defective or sent incorrectly.

Upon registering your return, you will receive an email with a return label and instructions on sending your order back to us. Returns should be sent as letters or packages, not as cash on delivery. Exchanges are also at your expense.

If you wish to change your item for a different colour or size, please return the unwanted item and place a new order. Register your return through our return portal. Returns cost 30 SEK for Sweden, 7€ for the European Union, and should be checked with your local carrier for international returns. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for international returns to prevent potential loss. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. If an item is returned in unsuitable condition, the refund will be void, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense. Upon acceptance of your refund, the original purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method.

 

Defective Items

Under EU consumer protection, you have a three-year guarantee for any defective items. If your item is defective, contact us as soon as possible after discovery. Complaints made within two months of detecting the defect are considered timely. Send your inquiry to contact@violetverses.com.

 

Customs & Import Duty Charges

Customs and import duty charges do not apply to customers in Sweden, Norway, or the European Union.

We are not responsible for, nor do we cover, the costs, including customs and VAT, that may occur when sending a product to or receiving a return from a country outside of the EU. Be aware that you may need to pay Customs and Import duties when accepting delivery from your courier. (We do not accept returns with VAT or customs charges. If you are unsure how to declare your return or defective item, please contact us at contact@violetverses.com before returning your item).

 

Trademarks

Trademarks, names, and logos displayed on www.violetverses.com are registered and unregistered trademarks of Violet Verses. Use of any trademark, image, or video from the site requires prior written permission from Violet Verses. Copying, reproducing, downloading, posting, transferring, or distributing any document from the site is strictly prohibited.

 

Changes to Terms & Conditions

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service on our website. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. Your continued use of our website or service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
