The delivery time and cost are specified in the shopping cart under each available shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over 70€/700SEK.

For orders within Sweden, the standard delivery time is typically 1-2 days, while international orders take approximately 2-6 days, depending on your selected shipping method.

It's essential to provide accurate and complete address information when placing your order since we cannot guarantee changes after your purchase is completed. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the name on the order matches the name on the mailbox or postbox at the delivery address. Any delivery errors arising from insufficient information or inaccuracies in the delivery address are the customer's sole responsibility.

Please note that Violet Verses is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs, natural events, or disruptions in air and ground transportation, including strikes or other unforeseen delays. Additionally, any extra fees, customs duties, or charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. For all packages or orders that are not successfully delivered, we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping and handling costs, with a handling fee currently set at 200SEK/20Euro.
