You are welcome to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The return cost within Sweden is 30 SEK (3 EUR), and this amount will be deducted from your refund once we receive your return. Please note that we do not offer free exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different colour or size, kindly return the unwanted item and place a new order.
Please allow up to 14 days from the date of sending your return for our warehouse to receive it. Afterward, it may take us 2-6 days to process and register your return. If you made a payment by card, it may take 3-5 banking days for the refunded amount to become available on your card again.
If you need to return an item due to a defect or complaint, we will either repair it or exchange it for a new product at no extra cost. To initiate a complaint, please email us at contact@violetverses.com with pictures of the defect. Please be aware that Violet Verses does not replace items damaged due to improper use (please refer to our care instructions), loss, or accidents.

What if I change my mind about my order?
If you change your mind about your purchase after the package has been dispatched, you must collect the package and then return it. Failure to pick up the package will result in it being automatically categorized as uncollected and will incur a charge.

What happens if I fail to collect my package?
Packages are held at a pickup point for 14 days before being returned to us. Upon receiving your parcel, you will receive an email confirming the return. For all uncollected packages, you will be charged for the shipping cost, return shipping, and a fee of 200 SEK (equivalent to the costs of handling fees, as well as the pickup of return packages at agents).

Returns from non-European countries
Customs and import duty charges do not apply to customers in Sweden or the European Union.
We are not responsible for, and do not cover the costs (e.g., customs and VAT) that may arise when sending a product to you or receiving a return from a country outside of the EU. Please be aware that you may be required to pay customs and import duties when accepting the delivery of items from your courier. Ensure that you declare your returning package as a return at the Post Office. We do not accept returns with VAT or customs charges.
