Returns from non-European countries
Customs and import duty charges do not apply to customers in Sweden or the European Union.
We are not responsible for the cost of returning an international order, and do not cover the costs (e.g., customs and VAT) that may arise when sending a product to you or receiving a return from a country outside of the EU. Please be aware that you may be required to pay customs and import duties when accepting the delivery of items from your courier. Ensure that you declare your returning package as a return at the Post Office. We do not accept returns with VAT or customs charges.
