Order questions

Where is my order?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing an order confirmation.

For orders within Sweden, typical delivery times range from 2 to 4 business days. International orders, depending on the chosen shipping method, generally take 4 to 7 business days for delivery.

I have not received a confirmation for my order?

Kindly review your junk/spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation the day following your purchase, please reach out to our customer service at info@violetverses.com, and we will promptly resend it to you.

Is it possible to modify or cancel my confirmed order?

We process orders promptly. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer care at info@violetverses.com immediately and include your cancellation request details in the email. Please be aware that if your order has already been processed, changes and cancellations may not always be possible. Therefore, it's essential to ensure that the item(s) in your cart and your shipping address are accurate before placing your order.

Can I update my delivery address?

We strive to process orders efficiently. If you need to make changes, please reach out to our customer care at info@violetverses.com, and we will make every effort to assist you. However, once the order is processed, we may no longer be able to accommodate changes to your delivery address.

What currency are your orders priced in, and what payment methods are accepted?

Prices are displayed and billed in SEK, NOK, DKK, EURO, or USD.

We welcome payments through Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, and Klarna.

Will customs and import duties be applicable to my order?

Customs and import duty charges are not applicable to customers in Sweden or the European Union. We do not bear responsibility for, nor cover the costs such as customs and VAT, which may arise when shipping a product to you or when we receive a return from a country outside of the EU. Please be mindful that you may be required to settle Customs and Import duties when receiving items from your courier.

(We do not accept returns with VAT or customs charges. If you are uncertain about how to declare your return or defective item, please contact us at info@violetverses.com before initiating the return process.)

Can I include or remove a product from my existing order?

Modifications to an existing order, such as adding or removing a product, are not possible. We invite you to create a new order if needed.

Where are shipments originating from?

Our shipments originate from our warehouse located in Sweden.

What are the available shipping options?

Postnord & DHL Express.

What is the expected delivery timeframe?

We use the courier services of Postnord or DHL Express for our order shipments.

Typically, orders delivered within Sweden require 2-4 business days for arrival. For international orders, the standard delivery time is usually 4-6 business days, depending on the country

What are the shipping costs associated with orders?

We provide free EU shipping for orders totaling 1000 SEK / 100€ or more.

For orders below this threshold, the costs are as outlined below:

Shipping cost within Sweden: Starting at 49 SEK
Shipping cost for international orders: Starting at 7€
